2021 Hyundai Palisade Gets New Trim and Upgrades
With new model years come new improvements. Well, that’s the idea at least. Sometimes that’s not how things really work out. We’re happy to say that the 2021 Hyundai Palisade does get those new improvements. Let’s take a look.
Here are the new features available on the 2021 Hyundai Palisade.
New Top-Tier Trim
The 2021 Palisade is available in four trims: SE, SEL, Limited, and the all-new Calligraphy. It has some new features, as well as exclusive interior and exterior styling elements. To start, the Calligraphy trim features HTRAC® AWD with AWD lock. It also gets downhill brake control and a snow driving mode. For exterior styling, the Calligraphy trim gets unique lighting, with an ultra-wide LED center high-mount stoplight and puddle lights. The Calligraphy also gets an exclusive grille and exclusive 20-inch alloy wheels. The interior gets some love too, with a microfiber-suede headliner, quilted leather door panels, a perforated leather steering wheel, and a premium cargo sill protection plate.
Standard Features Upgraded
The 2021 Palisade now has HD radio, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto as standard features on all models. The old top-tier Driver Guidance package is now combined with the mid-tier Premium package, making those features available sooner. The features that are included are the Driver-Talk intercom system, integrated navigation, Highway Drive Assist, a 10.25-inch touchscreen, and satellite radio.
The 2021 Palisade has all the utility you could need. Behind the third row, there’s 18 cu-ft of space. Fold those seats down, and you have 45.8 cu-ft behind the second row. With both rear rows folded down, there’s even more space, with 86.4 cu-ft available. No matter what you need to haul, you can do it in the Palisade.
