Does the 2021 Hyundai Accent have ____?
The 2021 Accent is an economy car, through and through. The base SE trim starts at $15,395. The mid-tier SEL MSRPs for $17,750. The penultimate Limited trim starts at $19,500. As a result, the 2021 Accent won’t have all the creature comforts a $40,000 vehicle would, but it still has a few features that you’ll appreciate.
Today, we’ll be looking at numerous desirable features, like Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and seeing if and when the 2021 Accent gets them.
Apple CarPlay/Android Auto
The 2021 Accent adds Android Auto and Apple CarPlay at the SEL trim level. However, the SE has Bluetooth and Siri Eyes Free capability.
Starting at the Limited trim, the 2021 Accent gets access to Hyundai Blue Link remote services, which includes remote start functionality.
Every 2021 Accent comes with a touchscreen, though the size varies with trim. The SE has a 5-inch one, while the SEL and Limited have a 7-inch touchscreen.
Each 2021 Accent comes standard with cruise control, even on the base-model manual-transmission-variant SE trim. Adaptive cruise control is not available in any capacity, however.
The 2021 Accent gets heated seats at the Limited level. This pairs well with the automatic climate control that it also gets with the Limited trim.
Forward Collision Warning
The Limited trim not only gets forward collision warning, but also automatic emergency braking. This is the only driver assistive available besides the standard rearview camera.
